Beet the Blues Smoothie

A creamy, antioxidant-rich smoothie made with beets, blueberries, banana, and almond butter. It’s the perfect blend to boost circulation, support brain health, and brighten your day.

🥤 Ingredients (1 serving)

  • ¼ cup cooked beets, chopped (not pickled)

  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated (or a small 1-inch knob)

  • ½ cup frozen blueberries

  • ¾ cup frozen banana (about 1 small banana)

  • 1 Tbsp almond butter

  • 1 cup milk of choice (almond, oat, or dairy)

  • 1 scoop collagen or protein powder (unflavored or vanilla)

  • 1 tsp psyllium husk

🌀 Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.

  2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.

  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
